After a chilly night it is warming up. Almost hot today...
This coyote has come up out of a cold canyon to hunt on a sunny, grassy hillside.
Turkey Vulture warming his wings.
This perch provides a great view without the need to fly.
A hawk circling in the cloudless Winter sky.
Winter in Northern California. Not a cloud in the sky.
We've had only one day with any rain this year...
We need rain!
We need snow in the Sierra's!
